We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. What Data We Collect
- Client records: Name, contact details, and health-related bioresonance scan data entered by RAH practitioners on behalf of their clients.
- Registration enquiries: First name, last name, email address, phone number, and professional role submitted via the Contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session data collected automatically for security and performance purposes.
- Cookies: We use essential session cookies only. No advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies are used.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance — to deliver the wellness analysis service to practitioners.
- Legitimate interests — to operate and improve the App and respond to enquiries.
- Consent — where you have explicitly ticked the consent box on our registration form or cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — where we are required by law to process data.
Health-related bioresonance scan data is classified as special category data under UK GDPR Article 9. We process this data under the basis of explicit consent provided by the practitioner on behalf of each client, and only for the purpose of generating wellness analysis.
4. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Data may be shared only with:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — infrastructure and edge computing provider (data processed in the EU/UK).
- Email delivery providers — solely to send registration confirmation emails.
- Law enforcement or regulators — where required by applicable law.
5. Data Retention
- Client & scan records: Retained for the duration of the practitioner’s active account plus 7 years for regulatory compliance.
- Registration enquiries: Retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion.
- Technical logs: Up to 90 days.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access to client records is restricted to authorised practitioners. We review our security measures regularly and follow Cloudflare’s enterprise-grade security protocols.
9. Children’s Data
THE EDGE MetaBio app is intended for use by healthcare and wellness practitioners only. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a child’s data has been submitted in error, contact us immediately at info@metabio.co.uk.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via a banner in the App. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
